Passive Disciplines
Bind four passive panels, invest Remembrance Points, choose Truths, and prepare for Ascension.
Passive Disciplines are modular passive panels. A champion binds four panels at a time: Foundation, Doctrine, Technique, and Legacy. Together they define the build’s passive identity.
The four-panel loadout
Every slot has a role:
- Foundation establishes the build’s basic engine;
- Doctrine reinforces a damage, defense, or resource philosophy;
- Technique adds a more specialized interaction;
- Legacy supplies a late-stage direction or crossover.
Archetypes receive recommendations, but no Discipline is class-locked.
Nodes and paths
Each panel contains Lesser nodes, Greater nodes, Greater Truths, and Final Truths. Lesser nodes provide reliable scaling. Greater nodes add conditions, conversions, thresholds, or cross-system hooks.
At key investment points, you choose one Truth from a set. These choices are mutually exclusive within that threshold and shape how the panel functions.
Remembrance Points
Levels through 50 award ordinary Remembrance Points. Spend them across the four bound panels. A point is only useful when the resulting path supports the gear and gems you are actually using.
Avoid spreading points only to collect small generic bonuses. The strongest panels create coherent rules that the rest of the build can exploit.
Ascension
At level 50, a sufficiently invested bound Discipline can be Crowned. The Crowned panel reveals three Ascendant Truths.
Levels 51, 52, and 53 award Ascendant Points rather than ordinary Remembrance Points. Ascendant Truths offer transformative power with explicit tradeoffs. Only the Crowned Discipline receives those investments.
Rebuilding
When changing weapons, skill tags, damage schools, or defenses, review all four panels. An old Discipline choice can remain technically active while contributing little to the new build.
